This role is a Pursuit Lead Manager responsible for the overall direction and management of the consulting services pursuit and bid process. It involves identifying new business opportunities, coordinating the pursuit/bid management process, crafting proposals, performing risk assessments, ensuring deadlines are met, and managing the pursuit/bid team. The role focuses on managing the deal lifecycle, influencing stakeholders, and ensuring deal quality and execution within a consulting services context, rather than direct AI/ML development.

What you'd actually do

  1. Managers deliver success through empowerment and accountability by modeling, coaching, and caring.
  2. Participates and supports the deal qualification process with ORB (Opportunity Review Board), managing prioritization against pursuit management capacity.
  3. Leads collaborative engagements between pursuit, sales, delivery, and business operations to drive deal pursuits.
  4. Coordinates and influences the development of portfolio of deals, inclusive of pursuit artifacts, for relevant deals that meet customer expectations of scope, timeline, deliverables, and business outcomes.
  5. Oversees a broad portfolio of pursuits within their team.
