Pursuits Program Manager

Snowflake Snowflake · Data AI · CA-Menlo Park, United States · Finance

This role manages the development, negotiation, and closure of complex sales opportunities, operationalizing and running the Pursuits Program in partnership with Sales and the Pursuits team. It requires exceptional organizational skills, coordination with senior leadership, and a proactive approach to program management, ensuring smooth execution, facilitating collaboration, and driving accountability across multiple functions. The role also provides tactical support during qualification and development phases of high-value opportunities.

  2. Own the master schedule and end-to-end logistics for key program forums. This includes coordinating all Pursuit Steering Committee meetings and Executive Account Reviews, while ensuring timely communication and reporting of program activities.
  3. Manage the assignment and tracking of executive sponsors to Pursuit opportunities. This involves monitoring their engagement in key customer activities (e.g., QBRs, roadmap presentations) and ensuring their commitments are fulfilled.
  4. Serve as the central point of contact for mobilizing internal support teams—such as Value Engineering, Service Delivery, and Engineering—to ensure they are aligned with specific Pursuit opportunity requirements.
  5. Maintain the central tracker for all action items and "asks" generated from executive reviews and prepare and deliver regular progress reports for the program's stakeholder readouts.
