Cyera is building the security operating model for the age of AI, focusing on securing AI adoption by understanding data, access, and behaviors. They are hiring a QA Architect to lead quality strategy within a development group, focusing on testing strategy, automation, release readiness, and quality visibility. This is a hands-on leadership role involving strategic ownership and active participation in testing activities.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own and drive the quality strategy for a dedicated development group.
  2. Serve as the focal point for QA status, priorities, risks, blockers, and release readiness.
  3. Define and enforce QA best practices, testing standards, and quality processes.
  4. Lead testing activities, including planning, execution, regression, reporting, and release validation.
  5. Partner closely with executives, developers, product managers, DevOps, QA engineers, and QA leadership.

What the JD emphasized

  • 6+ years of experience in QA, QA automation, test architecture, or similar roles.
