Qc Chemist Testing (pcp) - 15 Months Training Programme

This role is for a QC Chemist within Pfizer's biopharmaceutical manufacturing sector, focusing on performing and documenting analytical testing, troubleshooting lab issues, and authoring GMP documentation. It is part of a training program for advanced biopharmaceutical manufacturing professionals.

What you'd actually do

  1. Perform / review and document analytical testing and results accurately and in accordance to test methods, site SOPs and relevant protocols, adhering to ALCOA principles and Data Integrity (DI) requirements.
  2. Highlight any abnormalities detected during testing / review and raise laboratory investigations as required.
  3. Assist / troubleshoot laboratory technical problems.
  4. Author SOPs, analytical method transfer protocols and reports and other GMP documentation (e.g. trend reports).
  5. Use Imex "way of working" for day-to-day operations, problem solving, escalation and continuous improvements.

Skills

Required

  • Degree in Science (Chemistry)
  • Effective problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to perform in a team
  • Knowledge of cGMPs and ALCOA principles
  • Able to work in shift (IPC team)

Nice to have

  • A minimum of 1 year QC experience in an analytical laboratory is preferred
