We are searching for the best talent for QC Technology & Innovation Specialist to be in Borgo San Michele – Latina.
For this role we offer 12 months fixed term contract.
Purpose:
We are searching for talent who embrace the challenge of identifying new automation and simplification opportunities in the current landscape.
The person will be part of the QC T&I group and will report to the QC Technology & Innovation Supervisor.
The team is responsible of all the activities that support the laboratories in the QC to have an efficient testing execution. In particular:
- Innovation projects proposal and implementation
- Core business activities like shipments, management of consumables, data trending for NIR test, master data creation, etc…
As a QC Technology & Innovation Specialist, you will:
Paperless lab Project:
Execute projects task focused on develop a paperless laboratory:
- Develop competencies in LIMS software Master Data aimed to simplify analyses execution/data archiving, working to improve the digital solution already implemented.
- Analyze laboratory needs and collaborate with internal and external resources to capture the final user requirement within the implementation and, when needed, escalate the criticality.
Other development opportunity within the team can be:
Stability:
- Support the team in Stability samples management influencing the standard flow identifying nee opportunity/simplification area.
Consumable management:
- Work with team to guarantee the stock of consumables, reagent, and standards to avoid interruption of the analytical activities
- Manage the expired reagents and their life cycle
Laboratory electronic system master data management:
- Empower (methods, reports, projects and custom field creation)
- iLAB
- Smart QC
- Checklyst manager
Supporting activities for the lab:
- Shipments
- Document management (Periodic review, RMS and DR management)
- Report to assess the NIR model performance
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Master Degree in CTF, Chemistry, Biology or Engineering or equivalent
- Organizational skills are required
- Problem solving attitude
- Fluency in Italian is required
- Fluency in English is required

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:
€29,800.00 - €48,530.00
