Qrm Product Specialist Consultant - C_mat

This role is for a QRM Product Specialist Consultant at Deloitte, focusing on supporting and advancing strategic platform and tool enablement within Quality and Risk Management. The responsibilities include managing product-related queries, investigating issues, facilitating resolutions, managing risk consultation processes, ensuring compliance, and supporting product improvement through user acceptance testing and defect monitoring. The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with a background in business or technical fields and experience with MS Office.

What you'd actually do

  1. Provide functional support for multiple QRM products by managing the product/process related queries coming in from PPMD-level audience as well as QRM Risk Managers (RMs) in the common mailboxes.
  2. Proactively investigate the underlying causes of issues, and work collaboratively with RMs, Pursuit teams, technical teams, product specialists, and other cross-functional groups to facilitate efficient resolution of any functional or technical product concerns.
  3. Manage the QRM Risk consultation process by reviewing the risk consultation scheduling reports, scheduling risk calls based on priority, ensuring compliance, tracking successful completion, and following up with RMs and Pursuit teams as needed.
  4. Manage Risk call compliance related data and provide leadership reports on non-compliance.
  5. Support the functional team by bringing in product improvement ideas and requirements from the business stakeholders.

  • Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) with Business or Technical background
