What you'd actually do

  1. Act as a liaison between staff and management, relaying updates and advocating for team needs
  2. Collaborates with engineering, manufacturing, and other functions to ensure quality standards are in place and to resolve issues.
  3. Able to conduct/support internal process evaluations and develop process evaluation reports.
  4. Ensures that performance and quality products conform to established company and regulatory standards through execution of scheduled and unscheduled audits.
  5. Develop, collect, and track metrics for process health and performance monitoring.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in developing or reviewing Root Cause / Corrective Action activity
  • Experience with quality management systems to support program processes, audits, and/or improvements.
  • Experience in processing, monitoring, data collection, analysis, and metric reporting for overall program and segments
  • MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint proficiency
  • Ability to prioritize and adjust tasks
  • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities
