Quality Assurance Analyst

This role focuses on ensuring compliance with state and federal laws and regulations within SoFi's Operations divisions. The Quality Assurance Analyst will manage the QAT process, develop QAT strategies, identify and escalate issues, and create detailed reports on product and process performance. The role requires experience in the financial industry and a strong understanding of banking products, compliance, and risk mitigation.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manage the Quality Assurance Testing (QAT) analysis and process for assigned SoFi Operations business units
  2. Maintain forms, documents, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s)
  3. Develop and implement a QAT strategy including focus areas; testing methodology, standards, and procedures, and frequency of testing (e.g., random and targeted testing on an as-needed basis)
  4. Apply an effective Quality Improvement Strategy (QIS) by identifying, addressing, and/or escalating issues to stakeholders and business unit leaders
  5. Deep understanding of processes within the product and recommend appropriate control points to ensure the safety and soundness of functionality
