Quality Assurance Lead - Enterprise Technology

Saronic · Defense · Austin, TX · Mission Services

Lead QA for enterprise technology, establishing scalable QA functions, processes, and tooling. This hands-on role involves direct QA execution, defining standards, and partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable quality and compliance for enterprise applications and integrations.

What you'd actually do

  1. Build and own the QA strategy for Enterprise Technology, including standards, test planning, and quality gates across the delivery lifecycle.
  2. Operate hands-on as the initial QA owner: design, execute, and report on test cycles (functional, integration, regression, and UAT support) for enterprise applications and integrations.
  3. Define and implement QA operating rhythms and governance: test plans, entry/exit criteria, defect triage, release readiness, and post-release validation.
  4. Partner with product and delivery teams to translate requirements and user stories into testable acceptance criteria and comprehensive test coverage.
  5. Establish and maintain a QA toolchain (test case management, defect tracking, and reporting) and integrate it with existing delivery tooling where applicable.
