  1. Manage a team of up to 15 QA Auditors, fostering accountability, growth, and collaboration.
  2. Ensure every customer interaction meets our standards of accuracy, empathy, and efficiency.
  3. Surface policy, process, or product gaps from QA findings and work cross-functionally to address them.
  4. Allocate resources, manage workflow, and deliver on service-level agreements.
  5. Define and track KPIs to drive consistent performance and outcomes.
