Role Definition Performs advanced inspection and audits to track, analyze, and report on materials, processes, and products to ensure conformance to company's quality standards. Maintain Quality certifications to keep company fulfill requirements from ISO9001/CQMS, Marine society and customers.
Responsibilities
Lead maintenance and continuous improvement of QMS (ISO9001 / CQMS )
Lead maintenance and continuous improvement of marine certification and Telecom certificate
Plan and conduct internal audits; support external audits
Drive CAPA and ensure closure effectiveness of findings
Collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes as proactive activity
Manage QMS documentation and control
Promote quality culture through training
Support risk management (FMEA, risk assessment)
Ensure compliance with standards and regulations
Provide training to internal auditors and ensure the internal auditor's competency are regularly evaluated to meet requirement.
Analyzing non-conformance data and maintaining quality system documentation.
Participating in and offering technical support to internal and external audits; following up response of corrective action from audit.
Interacting with manufacturing team members to determine root cause of quality issues and ensure that corrective and preventive action is implemented.
Degree Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering or related field
- 2+ years of experience in quality systems or related roles
Nice to Have
Familiarity with at least one standard: ISO9001 /CQMS
Experience in internal audits and understanding of audit processes
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skill
Experience in QMS setup or system optimization
Experience handling customer or third-party audits
Knowledge of quality tools: 8D, FMEA, SPC, MSA, 5Why
Certified Internal Auditor (or similar certification)
Experience with ERP / QMS

**Quality Management System (QMS): **Knowledge of Quality Management System's (QMS) functions, features, and capabilities; ability to design, implement, test, and maintain Quality Management Systems to consistently meet customer requirements and regulatory compliances. Level Basic Understanding: • Explains the main features, functions, and capabilities of QMS. • Lists the major market players/vendors of QMS. • Outlines the benefits of using automated and manual QMS. • Understands the role of QMS in implementing a formalized system for documenting manufacturing processes and procedures to meet customer requirements and regulatory compliances.
