Johnson & Johnson is currently seeking a Quality Engineering Co-Op to join our Innovation Excellence Quality team located in Danvers.

Requirements:
- Further the organization’s culture of quality by leading gap assessments to identify any potential compliance gaps within our risk documentation for commercialized product
- Develop a Patient’s First and Quality Engineering mindset through exposure to patient stories and critical quality deliverables, including design controls, Failure Modes & Effects Analysis (FMEAs), and Risk Management Reports (RMRs)
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support successful integration of the Innovation Excellence Quality organization into the broader product lifecycle
Qualifications:
- Enrolled in an accredited College/University pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
- Ability to work full-time from July – December 2026
- Permanently authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g. H1-B status) now or in the future
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as on a team
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and have strong oral and written communication skills

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$23.00/hr to $51.50/hr
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
The expected pay range for this position is between $23.00 per hour and $51.50 per hour but will be based on candidate's program year, discipline, degree and/or experience. Co-Ops/Interns are eligible to participate in Company sponsored employee medical benefits in accordance with the terms of the plan. Co-Ops and Interns are eligible for the following sick time benefits: up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington, up to 56 hours per calendar year. Co-Ops and Interns are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension).
