What you'd actually do

  3. Conduct technical assessments of supplier quality performance and support suppliers in implementing process improvements that enhance product quality
  4. Collaborate with stakeholders across Product Development, Category Management, Food Safety, and Operations to ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the product lifecycle
  5. Evaluate new tools, systems, and data management approaches to identify opportunities for automation and simplification of quality monitoring processes

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Experience working across multiple functional teams and geographic regions
  • Fluency in English & Japanese
  • Experience in trust and safety compliance, risk management, or quality assurance
  • Experience in an operations analyst, data analyst, or similar analytical role

Nice to have

  • Experience with large-scale data analysis and reporting tools such as SQL, Power Query, or Python
  • Experience using managed machine learning or artificial intelligence solutions
  • Experience managing the complete product lifecycle from development through post-launch monitoring
  • Experience leading or participating in continuous improvement initiatives that resulted in measurable process enhancements or automation
  • Experience in private label brands or consumer goods manufacturing, particularly in food and beverage products
