  3. Validates work instructions, tooling requirements, certifications, process standards, policies and procedures.
  4. Performs auditing, surveillance and monitoring.
  5. Identifies and documents discrepancies using non-conformance system.

Skills

Required

  • 2+ years of experience in knowledge of electrical systems, wire harness assemblies, connectors, and electronic component testing.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

Nice to have

  • Associate’s degree or higher.
  • 2+ years of proficiency in using tools like calipers, micrometers, and specialized electrical test equipment.
  • 2+ years of experience identifying electrical anomalies, solder defects, conformal coating issues, or wire harness damage.
  • 2+ years of ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics.
  • Expertise in soldering and wire harness standards, such as IPC-A-610, IPC-J-STD-001 (soldering), and IPC-A-620 (wire harness).
  • 2+ years of experience using strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • 2+ years of experience understanding of conforming and non-conforming parts tagging and control requirements.
