Boeing is hiring an Experienced Quality Production Specialist to join their 737 SQ Investigations team. The role involves reviewing and validating product non-conformances, performing analysis to identify and evaluate quality, capturing and controlling non-conformances, overseeing tool oversight, tracking parts, training employees, developing and documenting problem resolution actions, obtaining corrective actions, negotiating commitments for preventive and corrective actions, prioritizing quality activities, reviewing corrective action plans, developing software system processes, reviewing and implementing corrective actions on audit results, interpreting industry standards, and creating analytical reports. Requires 3+ years of experience in Aerospace, Fabrication, or manufacturing, Quality Management Systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and reading engineering drawings. Preferred experience includes Production Quality, Line QA, QAI, systematic problem-solving, and Material Review Board (MRB).

What you'd actually do

  1. Reviews and validates product non-conformances and disposition type, quality procedures and engineering requirements
  2. Performs analysis to identify and evaluate the quality of products, operations and processes to Quality Management System requirements, applicable company procedures, contract requirements or government regulations
  3. Performs capture and control of internal and external supplier disclosed non-conformances
  4. Performs Significate out of Tolerance Tool oversite to ensure investigations are processed per requirements
  5. Perform detailed tracking for each part disclosed by internal and external supplier

Skills

Required

  • Aerospace, Fabrication, or manufacturing environment experience
  • Quality Management Systems (QMS) experience
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) experience
  • Reading and interpreting engineering drawings experience

Nice to have

  • Production Quality, Line QA, or QAI experience
  • Systematic problem-solving skills
