The Quality Specialist role at Visa focuses on monitoring and evaluating the quality of work performed by Client Care groups across various services and languages. Responsibilities include evaluating team member performance, leading calibration sessions, analyzing performance insights, and managing research request processes to ensure adherence to guidelines, procedures, and compliance requirements. This is a hybrid position.

What you'd actually do

  1. Evaluate work performed by team members and provides feedback based on adherence to documented guidelines and procedures.
  2. Responds to manager inquiries in support of aligning scoring assessment decision and calibration.
  3. Maintains scoring accuracy levels within calibrations targets ensuring that quality evaluations have minimal errors.
  4. Completes work efficiently ensuring that work assignments are completed on time.
  5. Leads calibration sessions ensuring consistency in scoring assessments across teams.

Skills

Required

  • Minimum of four years experience in a banking customer service environment related to card issuing, merchant acquiring, or Backoffice across multiple channels (Voice, Chat, Email, Back Office, or Social Media)
