Quality Systems Specialist

This role focuses on quality systems and compliance within Boeing's aerospace manufacturing operations. Responsibilities include coaching the workforce on business processes, reviewing compliance status, assisting with FOD (Foreign Object Debris) and tool control initiatives, conducting investigations, performing sweeps and assessments, and educating managers on findings. The role requires experience in aerospace, manufacturing, quality, or regulated environments, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.

What you'd actually do

  1. Coaches and educates the workforce on BPI-6909 and associated business processes and procedures
  2. Reviews site/building compliance status via Scorecard; corrective actions; best practices; areas with help needed (yellow/red)
  3. Assists in the deployment of Enterprise / BCA FOD and Tool Control initiatives
  4. Assists on FOD incident investigations, Corrective/Preventative actions.
  5. Performs Daily/Weekly Sweeps with K Level, Sr. Managers/Executives
