What you'd actually do

  1. Maintain and update Excel raw-data for nonconforming parts, ensuring data integrity, standardized fields, and documentation of sources.
  2. Create and maintain Excel pivot tables, formulas, templates, and macros to support ad-hoc analysis, status tracking, and staging for stakeholders.
  3. Assemble, edit, and publish weekly/monthly PowerPoint reports and executive briefings: capture visuals from BI tools, write concise summaries, highlight risks/owners, and annotate next steps.
  4. Present program and quality status to operational leads and leadership; tailor messaging for technical and non-technical audiences and lead Q&A.
  5. Coordinate meetings: set agendas, record minutes, maintain action logs, follow up on owners, and escalate issues as needed.
