  • Ability to design, plan, and execute testing strategies and tactics
  • Knowledge of root cause analysis (RCA) concepts, principles, and techniques
  • Ability to use a structured approach to identify the causes of undesirable consequences and necessary changes to prevent recurrence
  • Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related degree
  • 1 year of experience in manufacturing processes (welding, painting, and/or assembly)
  • Knowledge of Quality tools (PDI/QG, AQE Checklist, BIQ, LEAN, torque tools, Assembly)
  • Intermediate-Advanced English level
