About the Electric Power Division

What You Will Do:
- Perform in-process and final inspections of custom switchgear and standard controls assemblies to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
- Support quality activities related to the launch of new projects, including first of kind inspections, process validations, and documentation reviews.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, non-conformances, and corrective actions by cataloging into a computer system
- Support internal standard audits and ISO9001 compliance efforts.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the assembly and launch areas.
What You Will Have:
- Experience in a manufacturing setting, preferably in electrical or mechanical assembly.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods
- Ability to perform repetitive operations
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
- Ability to follow standard work
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer skills
What Will Put You Ahead:
- Experience with switchgear or electrical equipment assembly.
- Exposure to new product introduction (NPI) or project launch environments.
- Proficiency in using measurement tools (calipers, multimeters, etc.).
Shift:
- Monday - Thursday 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM with opportunity for overtime

Summary Pay Range:
$22.30 - $29.00
