Quant Analytics Analyst - Audience Management

Designs and delivers targeted audiences for campaigns using SAS/SQL, supporting Card & Auto domains. This role involves gathering requirements, designing targeting and segmentation approaches, executing delivery of final audience, and developing code for data extraction and transformation.

What you'd actually do

  1. Partner with marketers to gather requirements and clarify objectives
  2. Design targeting and segmentation approaches for campaigns
  3. Deliver final audience selections for portfolio marketing efforts
  4. Build and run SAS/SQL code to define target customer populations
  5. Extract and process large customer/account datasets

Skills

Required

  • 3+ years of hands-on SAS experience manipulating large datasets
  • Business Analyst experience in a related domain, with proven requirements gathering capability
  • Strong database querying skills (SQL)
  • Hands-on experience with cloud-based platforms such as SAS Viya and Snowflake
  • Good business problem-solving and technical debugging skills (SAS/SQL)
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capability through prior work
  • Effective collaboration skills, including experience working with off-shore partners
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Working knowledge of banking and/or credit card marketing programs

Nice to have

  • Understanding of credit card marketing campaign execution
  • Experience in banking/financial institution operations, direct marketing, and data analysis
  • Knowledge of using LLM/AI for problem solving and enhancement
  • Process automation experience using SAS macros, Python, Shell, and other reporting tools
