Quant Analytics Senior Associate focused on Customer Loyalty Analytics within JPMorgan Chase's Data & Analytics organization. What you'd actually do

  1. Leverage analytical applications (SQL, Alteryx, Python, Tableau, Adobe Analytics, Competitive Intelligence) to analyze complex data sets
  2. Clean, transform, and interpret trends and patterns in data
  3. Facilitate identification of KPIs and conduct trend analysis, segmentation, and optimization
  4. Lead partnerships with Customer Experience Groups to advise on strategies and deliver actionable analysis
  5. Stay updated on AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI trends to enhance analytical capabilities

Skills

Required

  • 2+ years of related experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or related field
  • Technical knowledge of data management, governance, big data platforms, and data architecture
  • Structured thinker with effective written communication skills
  • Ability to present fact-based recommendations clearly and concisely
  • Superior written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and business partners
  • Proactive and results-driven with a proven track record of execution
