Lead the delivery of analytics and insights for a credit card business, focusing on digital marketing, customer journeys, segmentation, and targeting. Leverage data from SQL and AWS databases, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and communicate findings to stakeholders to drive business decisions and optimize marketing effectiveness.

What you'd actually do

  1. Establish and foster partnerships across the organization to understand marketing objectives and business requirements
  2. Lead the creation and execution of solutions to pull and combine data from multiple sources for customer behavior analytics, campaign measurement, and reporting
  3. Analyze customer journeys, digital engagement, and campaign performance to identify actionable insights
  4. Develop and implement customer segmentation and targeting strategies to optimize marketing effectiveness
  5. Communicate insights to senior leaders via written and oral presentations, influencing marketing strategy and investment decisions

Skills

Required

  • Master's degree in a relevant quantitative field
  • 6+ years of industry experience in marketing analytics roles
  • 6+ years of work experience across a broad range of analytics platforms, languages, and tools (Snowflake, Alteryx, SAS, Tableau, Python, Excel Pivot, etc.)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Innovative thinking capability
  • Expert knowledge in quantitative methods for marketing analytics

  • Financial services experience, especially in credit card marketing analytics
