Project Manager for Pfizer's Portfolio Project Management group in Japan, responsible for maximizing product value throughout its lifecycle from introduction to post-market management. This role involves leading cross-functional teams, developing and executing development strategies, ensuring alignment between R&D and commercial departments, and managing global project integration.

What you'd actually do

  1. Contribute to maximizing product value across all stages from introduction to post-market lifecycle management.
  2. Lead cross-functional collaboration, developing and executing development strategies based on product characteristics, considering non-clinical, clinical, regulatory, formulation development/manufacturing, and marketing perspectives.
  3. Oversee team functions, drive deliverables aligned with decision timelines, and lead product strategy development, ensuring alignment with overall strategy and execution members.
  4. Conduct necessary internal meetings (phone/video/in-person) and lead discussions, as well as attend external meetings (regulatory consultations, partner meetings, etc.).
  5. Participate in and lead discussions for risk control plan development to avoid risks.
