  3. Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring efficient execution aligned with upcoming milestones.
  4. Communicate project status, business opportunities, and challenges to senior management.
  5. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and all relevant regulations and laws.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Physics, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of project/technical leadership experience
  • Experience managing multidisciplinary systems
  • Experience leading development processes from conception through to product delivery.
  • In-depth knowledge of medical device regulations and standards.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in English.
  • Strong decision-making capabilities, especially under uncertainty.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects involving cross-functional teams.
