Anthropic is seeking an experienced Real Estate Occupancy Planner to manage office moves, space restacking, and neighborhood planning globally. This role involves data analytics, ownership of the OfficeSpace platform, and stakeholder collaboration to optimize physical workspace utilization and inform space decisions.

What you'd actually do

  1. Collaborate with the People Analytics team to integrate workforce data into capacity planning models
  2. Develop and maintain occupancy dashboards and KPI reporting for leadership visibility
  3. Analyze utilization data, badge access trends, and reservation patterns to identify optimization opportunities
  4. Build forward-looking capacity forecasts aligned to hiring plans and portfolio lease events
  5. Synthesize data from multiple sources to produce clear, defensible recommendations on space allocation and density

Skills

Required

  • 5–8 years of experience in occupancy planning, space management, corporate real estate, or a related workplace function
  • hands-on experience managing office moves, restacks, or large-scale seat assignments across multiple locations
  • proficient with space management or IWMS platforms, preferably OfficeSpace (Archibus, Serraview, or similar)
  • strong analytical mindset and comfort working with occupancy data, utilization metrics, and headcount models to clearly articulate strategy to stakeholders
  • experience partnering with Finance or People Analytics teams on workforce and capacity planning
  • skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • communicate clearly and confidently with both operational teams and senior leadership
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Business, or a related field
