Real Estate Transaction Manager

This role manages real estate transactions for AMD's data center development, expansion, and operations, as well as its corporate and regional office footprint. It involves leading and executing acquisitions, leases, dispositions, and amendments, coordinating with internal partners, and ensuring sites meet data center requirements.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead end‑to‑end real estate transactions for data center sites, including land acquisitions, ground leases, build‑to‑suit agreements, and dispositions
  2. Structure and negotiate letters of intent (LOIs), purchase and sale agreements (PSAs), leases, options, easements, and related transaction documents
  3. Manage real estate timelines to align with data center development schedules, utility delivery, and capital planning
  4. Oversee due diligence activities including title, survey, environmental, zoning, geotechnical, and utility reviews
  5. Partner with development, engineering, and facilities teams to ensure sites meet data center requirements for power, fiber, water, access, security, and expansion capacity

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and leasing
  • Experience managing complex, multi‑stakeholder transactions
  • Strong negotiation, contract management, and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple transactions across different asset types simultaneously
  • Direct experience supporting data center, industrial, or mission‑critical real estate
  • Experience managing corporate office or mixed‑use office portfolio
  • Familiarity with entitlement, zoning, and utility coordination processes
  • Knowledge of real estate financial analysis and capital approval workflows
