  4. Identify hiring risks early and recommend changes to role scope, sourcing approach, or timelines
  5. Develop targeted sourcing strategies beyond LinkedIn, including referrals, technical communities, events, and niche platforms

Skills

Required

  • 4–8 years of recruiting experience in product based environment, focusing on technical hiring
  • Demonstrated success hiring software engineers and other technical talent in competitive markets
  • Experience engaging and closing passive technical candidates
  • Practical experience using recruiting metrics and market insights to influence hiring decisions
  • Proven ability to partner effectively with engineering leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
