Recruiter focused on early talent (university + new grad) for a livestream shopping platform. This role partners with engineering teams to build hiring strategies, manage end-to-end recruitment, and act as a brand ambassador. What you'd actually do

  1. Partner with hiring managers across Engineering to build targeted hiring strategies and attract top early career talent.
  2. Support end-to-end recruitment activities—leading interviews, facilitating offers, and overseeing intern programs.
  3. Act as a Whatnot brand ambassador at university, campus, and early career events, _travel required at campus peak times_
  4. Iterate on candidate feedback. You'll smooth rough edges in the early talent recruiting process by iterating on feedback from candidates or other signals.
  5. Build long-term relationships with high-potential candidates by understanding their motivations and helping them see the potential of starting their career at Whatnot.

Skills
