What you'd actually do

  1. Manage full cycle end-to-end recruiting (sourcing, screening, process driving, and closing).
  2. Develop relationships with key stakeholders in marketing and across the company.
  3. Create the framework and gather market data to assist in launching net new positions.
  4. Think outside of the box to engage with top talent
  5. Track and document candidate communications in ATS (Greenhouse).
  6. Deliver a high-touch, high-quality, transparent, and honest candidate experience.

Skills

Required

  • 3+ years of successful full-cycle recruiting experience at a strategic search firm, a startup or equivalent.
  • Strong ability to influence with data.
  • Ability to navigate and push through adversity in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
  • Experience managing multiple internal competing priorities.
  • Commitment to excellence and finding the top 1% of candidates.
  • Willingness to go above and beyond for the candidate experience.
  • Executive presence, coupled with strong verbal and written communication skills.
