Recruiter for Service and Sales organization, acting as a talent advisor and primary bridge between Rivian’s Service teams and evolving Sales and Customer operations. This role will deeply understand unique competencies for customer-facing roles and translate headcount needs into high-velocity hiring strategies. The recruiter will establish a data-driven recruiting engine, focusing on building a feedback loop with leadership to refine success profiles and interview standards. Leveraging AI-assisted sourcing and structured evaluation, this role will drive the expansion of the commercial footprint, ensuring market growth is fueled by top talent.

What you'd actually do

  1. Act as a partner to leaders across Commercial, turning headcount plans into prioritized hiring strategies and clear success profiles.
  2. Provide market and compensation insights for commercial talent to influence recruiting strategy and decisions.
  3. Lead intake and calibration sessions, mapping competencies to interview plans and coaching managers on evidence-based evaluation.
  4. Own end-to-end recruiting for high-volume roles—from initial brief and sourcing strategy to offer, close, and handoff.
  5. Execute multi-channel sourcing plans (direct outreach, referrals, and AI-enabled search) to generate pipelines for hard-to-fill commercial roles and locations.

Skills

Required

  • 5–10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth environments, with a strong track record in Automotive Service, Sales, Customer Service, or Commercial operations.
  • Proven success owning complex searches, influencing senior stakeholders, and shaping strategy for roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute talent mapping and long-term nurture strategies for hard-to-fill passive talent.
  • Experience using funnel metrics (pass-through rates, time-to-fill) to diagnose bottlenecks and influence hiring decisions.
  • Proficiency with iCIMS ecosystems and a practical view of where AI/automation adds value to the recruiting process.
  • Ability to prioritize and maintain high standards across multiple concurrent searches in a fast-paced environment.
