Suno is a fast-growing consumer entertainment company and a leader in AI music, seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join their talent acquisition team. The role focuses on managing the end-to-end interview coordination process, optimizing recruiting workflows, and implementing automation to scale efficiently. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruiting coordination or talent operations in a startup environment, with a proven track record of process improvements and automation.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manage the end-to-end interview coordination process across multiple roles and departments
  2. Schedule and confirm candidate interviews with efficiency and attention to detail
  3. Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process
  4. Coordinate candidate travel and logistics for onsite visits
  5. Host candidates during onsite interviews, ensuring a memorable and professional experience

Skills

Required

  • 2-4 years of experience in recruiting coordination or talent operations
  • Experience in startup or high-growth technology environments
  • Proven track record of implementing process improvements and automations
  • Advanced proficiency with ATS platforms (We are using Ashby)
  • Experience with recruiting automation
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Detail-oriented approach with a bias for action
  • Comfort with ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and take ownership

Nice to have

  • Experience scaling recruiting operations from 0 to 1
  • Technical aptitude and comfort learning new software tools
  • Project management experience
  • A love of music (listening, exploring, making) is a huge plus
