Box is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to manage the hiring process, focusing on scheduling, logistics, and candidate experience. This role supports the recruiting team in a fast-paced environment and requires strong organizational and communication skills. What you'd actually do

  1. Schedule and coordinate complex phone, virtual, and in-person interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring every participant is prepared and set up for a seamless experience
  2. Anticipate and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts before they become problems
  3. Build strong, trust-based partnerships with recruiters, hiring teams, and candidates to drive an efficient and high-quality hiring process
  4. Manage a high volume of competing priorities with professionalism, empathy, and sound judgment — keeping the candidate experience front and centre at every step
  5. Support the opening and management of requisitions and assist with other essential recruiting work — including sourcing, managing inbound applicants, supporting internal mobility candidates, and processing offers
