Recruiting Coordinator (contractor)

LangChain is hiring a Recruiting Coordinator to support recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates through the interview and hiring process. Responsibilities include scheduling interviews, managing candidate communication, and maintaining recruiting operations. The role requires 2+ years of coordination experience in a tech company, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail. Experience with ATS systems and building recruiting processes is a plus.

What you'd actually do

  1. Schedule a high volume of interviews across multiple time zones and mediums (virtual & in-person)
  2. Communicate directly with candidates via email and phone to keep them informed and prepped throughout the process
  3. Help manage various projects including interview training and pipeline reporting in our ATS (Ashby)
  4. Host candidates onsite for interviews and team meetings
  5. Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to build out and update interview plans and other internal documentation

Skills

Required

  • 2+ years of coordination experience within a technology company, ideally supporting recruiting or HR
  • Strong organization and time management skills: ability to prioritize and execute multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Passion for creating exceptional candidate experiences
  • Startup DNA: experience in a startup or ability to thrive in fast-paced, unstructured environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset with a drive for continuous improvement

Nice to have

  • Experience with modern ATS systems (e.g., Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever)
  • Familiarity with building recruiting and coordination processes (interview training programs, scheduling best practices, candidate experience design)
