This role is for a Recruiting Coordinator to support a Technical Recruiting team. The primary responsibilities include managing high-volume interview scheduling, resolving logistical issues, maintaining candidate data, and improving coordination workflows. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Experience with ATS/HRIS systems and a willingness to leverage AI tools for process improvement are noted.

What you'd actually do

  1. Partner with recruiters to anticipate scheduling needs, manage pipeline flow, and align coordination strategy
  2. Coordinate high-volume, multi-stage technical interviews across multiple time zones, including executive loops and panel presentations
  3. Resolve scheduling conflicts and logistical blockers quickly to keep hiring processes on track
  4. Autonomously troubleshoot complex logistical issues to keep the hiring process moving forward
  5. Manage relationships with Executive Assistants and high-level interviewers to coordinate high-stakes meeting logistics

Skills

Required

  • 3+ years of recruiting coordination or equivalent experience
  • Proven ability to resolve issues and make independent working decisions
  • Strong prioritization skills
  • Experience handling highly sensitive and confidential information
  • Excellent communication skills

  • Intermediate or better proficiency with Google Workspace
