Recruiting Enablement Operations Admin - Contractor Role

Salesforce Salesforce · Enterprise · United States · Remote

This role is for a Recruiting Enablement Operations Contractor at Salesforce, focusing on managing and migrating learning content, onboarding programs, and content maintenance across various HR/recruiting tech stacks. The role involves analyzing learning data and driving participation. While Salesforce mentions AI in its company description and in its recruiting process, this specific role is operational and does not involve building or directly working with AI/ML models.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead the full content audit and migration from our legacy course tracker (ACT) to Trailhead, tracking progress and deactivating legacy courses once migration is confirmed complete.
  2. Serve as the primary operations owner of the Global Recruiting Onboarding program — managing learning assignments, audience lists, Welcome Call logistics, and slide deck updates across all new hire cohorts.
  3. Own content maintenance across all enablement tracks, including monitoring tech stack releases (Workday, TRM, GoodTime, HackerRank) and deprecating all legacy Highspot links across every course, document, and video.
  4. Pull and analyze registration, attendance, and completion data across all learning modalities and build communications journeys to drive participation — surfacing insights to keep program decisions data-informed.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce recruiting tools such as Workday, TRM, GoodTime, or HackerRank.
  • Experience with AI-powered learning tools, microlearning platforms, or video creation tools such as Synthesia.
  • Explored Trailhead, are obsessed with the platform, and are ready to hit the ground running building and publishing your own trails.
