Recruiting Manager to lead a team of recruiters and advise senior leaders on hiring outcomes for business/operations and product/technology delivery roles. The role involves using recruiting analytics, market insights, and pipeline strategies to improve decision-making and candidate experience. Key responsibilities include partnering with stakeholders, coaching the recruiting team, managing capacity, driving consistency in recruiting practices, building sourcing strategies, resolving hiring issues, and evaluating TA technology. Requires 6+ years of recruiting experience and 3+ years of team leadership.

What you'd actually do

  1. Partner with senior business leaders to clarify hiring needs, priorities, and workforce plans, translating demand into actionable recruiting strategies
  2. Serve as a trusted advisor on hiring strategy, market dynamics, and key hiring decisions and implications, including role scope/level, required versus preferred skills, location strategy, interview design, and hiring timelines
  3. Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters through regular feedback, capability building, and career development planning
  4. Set clear performance expectations and maintain disciplined operating rhythms, including pipeline reviews, requisition prioritization, and quality standards, with ongoing check-ins and reviews
  5. Manage team capacity by allocating workloads and resources to meet hiring goals and shifting business priorities

Skills

Required

  • 6+ years of recruiting experience, including end-to-end/full-cycle recruiting
  • 3+ years of direct recruiting team leadership experience
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, including partnering with senior leaders in a highly matrixed environment
  • Proven track record delivering hiring outcomes through a disciplined operating cadence, data-informed prioritization, and strong senior stakeholder alignment in a fast-paced, high-volume and/or high-complexity environment
  • Proven ability to coach and develop recruiters through feedback, performance management, and skill-building
  • Ability to set priorities across competing demands, manage capacity, and drive resolution of hiring risks and bottlenecks
  • Executive communication skills; able to translate complex inputs into clear recommendations and decision points, align stakeholders, and drive timely decisions and follow-through
  • Strong judgment and discretion, including the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
