What you'd actually do

  1. Review and update existing job descriptions on the career site to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with current role requirements and company standards.
  2. Identify and correct formatting issues, outdated language, and inaccurate role details across a high volume of postings.
  3. Partner with the Recruiting Optimization team to prioritize updates and flag roles that need recruiter or hiring manager input.
  4. Complete a defined scope of job description updates within the 3-month engagement, contributing to a stronger candidate experience and more effective talent attraction.

  • Experience reviewing, editing, or writing professional content with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize a workload independently, with minimal day-to-day oversight.
