This role is for a Recruiting Operations and Programs Manager at Ripple. What you'd actually do

  1. Evaluate, implement, and own the end-to-end recruiting tech stack; build relationships with tool partners, integrate new features into existing workflows, and review usage quarterly to drive recruiter behavior
  2. Lead cross-functional initiatives to scale recruiting processes, partnering closely with team members across People, Engineering, and the business
  3. Develop and own automated reporting for recruiters and senior leadership - independently and in partnership with the internal BI team - to enable data-driven hiring decisions
  4. Analyze recruiting data (pipeline health, pass-through rates, candidate experience signals) and translate insights into actionable recommendations for programs
  5. Advise senior leadership/executives, telling a story with data and crafting hiring strategy
