Recruiting Operations Specialist (hybrid, 6-12 Months Fixed Term)

This role focuses on recruiting operations, managing and optimizing scheduling systems like GoodTime and Greenhouse, troubleshooting issues, and creating documentation to improve the hiring process. It requires experience in Recruiting Operations or HR Operations and strong systems thinking.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own day-to-day recruiting systems operations with a focus of owning scheduling with GoodTime, ensuring everything runs smoothly for recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates
  2. Act as a first line of support for troubleshooting issues in GoodTime, Greenhouse, and integrations — digging into bugs, triaging problems, and partnering with vendors or IT when needed
  3. Manage and optimize GoodTime scheduling workflows, partnering closely with our recruiters to ensure interviews are set up accurately, efficiently, and with a great candidate experience
  4. Partner with the Recruiting Operations Manager (hi!) and broader People team to evaluate, roll out, and document new tools, features, and process changes
  5. Create and maintain clear documentation, guides, and training so recruiters and hiring managers know exactly how to use our tools and follow our workflows

Skills

Required

  • 3–5 years of experience in Recruiting Operations, HR Operations, or Talent Coordination
  • Hands-on experience with Greenhouse and GoodTime
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot system issues
  • Strong systems thinking
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with global teams, multiple time zones, or distributed work environments
