Recruitment Intern

Internship opportunity providing administrative and operational support for the early talent recruitment and onboarding lifecycle at Caterpillar. Responsibilities include assisting with the selection process, coordinating interviews, managing pre-hire activities, and supporting recruitment events.

What you'd actually do

  1. Provide administrative assistance to early talent team in executing the recruiting strategy.
  2. Assist selection process by support Recruiter arrange interviews, coordinate the time with managers and candidates, deal with different interview request by diversity customers, guide candidates to fill job application forms, maintain interview record sheet, so that make interview process smoothly and efficiency.
  3. Assist in execution of pre-hire activities including medical check, background/reference check process, collect and handover pre-on boarding documentations of each Facility as needed.
  4. Support early talent events and activities.
  5. Other tasks Recruiter assign.

Skills

Required

  • 4-6 months Internship period, 4 days a week
  • Good communication skills in Chinese (verbal & written) & English (verbal)
  • Good Knowledge of working with web/computer-based applications (Microsoft Office)
  • Ability to multi-task effectively, high attention to detail, and the ability to think Critically, Problem Solver.
  • Self-motivated, an excellent team player with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
