This role is for a Recurring Remote Makeup Artist responsible for supporting the on-air appearance of announcers. Responsibilities include ensuring natural makeup application, matching skin tones, working under pressure, styling hair, and maintaining a clean workspace. Required qualifications include a driver's license, ability to achieve clean HD camera shots, efficient work habits, and at least one year of makeup artist experience or a cosmetology license. Preferred qualifications include time management, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.

What you'd actually do

  1. Ensure makeup looks natural and well-applied under different lighting
  2. Match skin color to color palettes to determine best looks
  3. Work quickly and accurately under pressure
  4. Wipe off makeup and reapply if client is unsatisfied.
  5. Maintain clean work area and ensure all work instruments are sanitized

Skills

Required

  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Ability to achieve clean looks for HD camera shots
  • Must be able to work in an efficient manner, keeping a clean and tidy work environment
  • Minimum of 1 year freelance or makeup artist experience
  • Cosmetology, aesthetics license or equivalent
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent

  • Cosmetology diploma or degree
