Okta is seeking a Regional Alliances Manager for Germany to partner with System Integrators, aiming to expand Okta's channel ecosystem in the region. The role involves identifying, onboarding, and activating new partners, building their Okta practices, defining joint value propositions, and creating go-to-market plans. Collaboration with internal Okta teams is essential. The ideal candidate has a strong background in business development or alliances within the SaaS and cybersecurity markets, with a proven track record of exceeding channel sales targets.

What you'd actually do

  1. Identify, onboard and activate new System Integrator partners to support revenue growth
  2. Build and grow the Okta practices for those System Integrator partners across the DACH region
  3. Define joint, tailored value propositions and create detailed go-to-market plans that strengthen our value proposition to the marketplace while providing new revenue opportunities
  4. Collaborate with Oktas executives, business development, marketing and field sales teams to execute a partner-first motion
