Regional Alliances Manager (remote, Mex)

This role is for a Regional Alliances Manager at CrowdStrike, a cybersecurity company that uses an AI-native platform. The manager will drive new business opportunities through named partners in Mexico, collaborating with internal teams and partners to achieve growth. Responsibilities include partner engagement, enablement, sales and technical training coordination, marketing program execution, and developing business plans. The role requires 7+ years of channel sales experience in B2B software/SaaS, strategic thinking, partner development experience, strong communication skills, and fluency in Spanish and English. Previous experience in information security is preferred.

What you'd actually do

  1. Collaborate with partners within the country regarding successful engagement, launches, andenablement up to and including the delivery of sales, product, and support training as required.
  2. Collaborate closely with the Sales Director of Mexico to align the plan and execution of Alliances with the go-to-market strategy to drive accelerated growth. Excellent communication is expected
  3. Coordinate with Alliances Solutions Architects on technical enablement for partners. Develop a technical enablement strategy that supports the channel sales growth strategy for the territory.
  4. Support/facilitate engagement between CrowdStrike and Partners’ sales and technical teams.
  5. Strategize/coordinate with field marketing on the design and execution of maketing programs/events/campaigns to create interest and awareness among partners’ customers.

Skills

Required

  • 7+ years of channel sales experience in a software/SaaS business-to-business environment

  • Strong organizational, presentation, and communication skills
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • University/College degree or equivalent experience
