This role is for a Regional Business Senior Manager at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) focused on Transaction and Integration Excellence. The candidate will act as a thought partner to leadership, drive initiatives, manage budgets, and oversee various operational aspects of the practice. What you'd actually do

  1. Serve as a senior thought partner to North America Transactions & Integrations and Global PMI leadership shaping strategic choices and trade-offs
  2. Co-develop the regional Transactions & Integrations and Global PMI strategy and roadmap, translating strategic priorities into clear initiatives and actions
  3. Proactively drive the agenda forward by anticipating leadership needs, identifying opportunities for improvement, and bringing forward well-formed recommendations rather than waiting for direction
  4. Partner with Marketing to define PMI thought leadership priorities, flagship publications, and client testimonials
  5. Shape and execute the regional people strategy, aligning talent, capability development, and staffing with future business needs
