This role is for a Regional Compensation and Benefits Consultant for the India and Asia Pacific region at F5. The consultant will be responsible for developing and implementing compensation and benefits strategies, ensuring market competitiveness and compliance with local laws, and collaborating with regional HR teams. The role requires a Bachelor's degree, at least 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits management, and strong analytical and communication skills.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop and oversee compensation and benefits programs for India and the Asia Pacific region.
  2. Support market research and analyze trends to ensure competitive pay practices.
  3. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations across the region.
  4. Collaborate with regional HR teams to support business objectives and strategic initiatives.
  5. Provide guidance and support on compensation and benefits-related matters.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits management
  • Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits practices in the Asia Pacific and India region
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
  • Fluency in English

Nice to have

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Professional certifications in compensation or benefits management (e.g., CCP, CBP)
