What you'd actually do

  1. Manage a pod of at least 5 account executives.
  2. Coach, train, and support reps in closing deals and driving revenue growth.
  3. Serve as a player-coach on calls to train new reps and help established reps constantly improve.
  4. Motivate all team members to go above and beyond for customers.
  5. Construct a fun, high-energy environment where reps love coming to work and feel as if they’re being developed towards their fullest potential.

Skills

Required

  • 3+ years of full-cycle sales experience in SaaS
  • 3+ years of ENT sales management experience
  • Very strong understanding of selling into Upmarket segments in an expansion focused sales motion.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies that drive revenue growth
  • Experience in managing and scaling sales teams, with a focus on fostering a high-performance culture
  • Strong analytical skills to assess sales performance metrics and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools to track and optimize sales processes.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving common goals.
