What you'd actually do

  1. Lead, coach, and scale a team of Field Engineers supporting enterprise opportunities
  2. Partner closely with Sales leadership and AEs to drive high quality technical discovery, demos, and POCs
  3. Establish best practices for evaluations, proof-of-concept execution, and technical deal strategy
  4. Serve as an escalation point for complex customer evaluations and high-stakes enterprise deals
  5. Hire, onboard, and develop top-tier Field Engineering talent; set clear expectations and career paths

Skills

Required

  • 4+ years experience leading Field Engineers, Solutions Architects, or Pre-Sales teams in enterprise software
  • Strong technical foundation and fluency in modern software development workflows, AI tooling, and developer productivity
  • Proven ability to partner effectively with Sales while maintaining technical integrity and customer trust
  • Comfortable operating in customer-facing, high-pressure deal environments and guiding teams through complexity
  • Strong communication skills and executive presence, able to engage developers, architects, and CTOs
