  1. Lead and grow a US-based Mid-Market team focused on driving ARR across companies in the 100–1,000 employee range.

  3. Coach AEs on discovery depth, deal qualification (MEDDPICC), and multi-threading across lines of business.
  4. Balance velocity with deal quality–ensuring predictable forecasting and strong conversion metrics.
  5. Proactively recruit top Mid-Market talent and build a strong bench.
