Salesforce is seeking a Regional Ecosystem Development Manager (Sr. Director) for North EMEA to develop and execute a partner success strategy aligned with regional sales objectives. The role involves leading a team to drive partner GTM plans, manage partner performance, and ensure the ecosystem is equipped to deliver customer value and drive growth across Salesforce's multi-cloud portfolio. Key responsibilities include architecting enablement strategies, designing governance frameworks, operationalizing attrition prevention, engineering integrated GTM engines, and strategizing regional growth alliances.

What you'd actually do

  1. Work with Sales leadership to develop joint partner strategies aligned with revenue, industry, and regional objectives
  2. Lead and develop a team of Partner Success Directors and Focus Partner Sales Managers to achieve territory goals
  3. Drive execution of partner GTM plans and sales plays across assigned partners
  4. Review partner performance metrics and effectiveness with stakeholders
  5. Maintain comprehensive dashboard reporting for executive leadership
